Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients
- Develop and submit treatment plans for insurance purposes
- Conduct initial assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
- Perform FBAs and create behavior support plans
- Supervise and train direct staff on treatment implementation
- Ensure fidelity of treatment programs and protocols
- Program skill acquisition using electronic data systems (Central Reach)
- Oversee data collection and update programming as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- BCBA / LBA licensure
- Experience supervising staff preferred
Physical and Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to assume various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing) as needed
- Willingness to perform quick body movements in accordance with behavior intervention plans
- No criminal history
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- At least 18 years old
