Home-based in the Bronx

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients
• Develop and submit treatment plans for insurance purposes
• Conduct initial assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Perform FBAs and create behavior support plans
• Supervise and train direct staff on treatment implementation
• Ensure fidelity of treatment programs and protocols
• Program skill acquisition using electronic data systems (Central Reach)
• Oversee data collection and update programming as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• BCBA / LBA licensure
• Experience supervising staff preferred

Physical and Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to assume various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing) as needed
• Willingness to perform quick body movements in accordance with behavior intervention plans
• No criminal history
• Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• At least 18 years old
