A leading healthcare provider is seeking a part-time BCBA to work with patients aged 4-17, focusing on those with neurodevelopmental disorders. The role includes providing therapy and training, with a competitive compensation package and generous benefits.

Part-Time
$2500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus Available
The Inpatient BCBA will work with patients aged 4-17 who may have neurodevelopmental disorders or may be neurotypical, as patient populations vary. Priority will be given to working with patients with neurodevelopmental disorders when available. When working with neurotypical patients, focus will be on those admitted for aggression or self-injury. May work with individuals 18 or older if they have significant intellectual disabilities or developmental delays. The BCBA will provide individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, parent training, and consultation with peers as needed on behavioral plans.

EDUCATION/LICENSE REQUIRED: Must possess a Master's Degree in Behavioral Analysis and current BCBA certification.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience working with children and adolescents with developmental delays is required. Experience within inpatient psychiatric facilities is preferred.
Skills: Trained in ABA techniques.
