EmergencyMD is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance work-life balance while focusing on providing individualized care for children. The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your hours and cases that match your skillset.

You will conduct assessments in-person, review treatment plans, and ensure high-quality supervision and parent training. A master's degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• You, as the BCBA, will meet with children in person to conduct an initial assessment.
• Once the treatment plan is created, you will review it over with our quality assurance team.
• After IA is submitted, Storybook will hand the case over to a different BCBA in that area who will then do the supervision and parent training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour
