Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a bilingual BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. Earn $85–$110 per hour with flexible scheduling and hybrid opportunities, enabling you to balance clinical excellence with life.

You will assess, plan, supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with educators. This role offers professional development, supportive supervision, and a chance to impact families positively while advancing your career in a dynamic team.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children with autism using appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session documentation and provide constructive clinical feedback.
• Provide parent training to help families support their children's progress.
• Participate in quarterly team meetings and collaborate with educators and other service providers when appropriate.

What You’ll Do
