Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Maryland team. Responsibilities include delivering in-home services, developing language, social, and communication programs, and supervising staff in implementing plans.

We offer hybrid and in-home positions, a strong support structure with the Clinical Director, opportunities for advancement, and in-house CEU training. This is a meaningful role with a respected, multi-state autism therapy provider.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland LBA required or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and team-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
• Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
• LBA in Maryland
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Established management skills
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach

Schedule:

• Full-time or Part-time Opportunities Available
