What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with ASD or at risk for the diagnosis
- Train staff and family members in skills acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior plans/treatment plans
- Lead weekly supervision meetings with Behavior Technicians and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to guide programming effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Special Education or a related human services field and certification as a BCBA
- Competence in behavior management, instructional skills, and communication
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients with minimal direction
- Physical capability to engage actively with clients, including lifting 30 to 50 pounds
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Experience working with individuals with ASD or related behavioral issues
- Familiarity with electronic health records and data management systems
- Continuing education courses completed to maintain BCBA certification
