Heartlinks ABA in Maryland is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. Services include in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director. Strong collaboration and program development are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Maryland LBA licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative.

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
