We are looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders. The position is home based in Virginia counties of Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William counties but we offer a hybrid work environment that allows for some remote work depending on the case.

The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorders. The BCBA will also work with parents and teachers to provide support and training.

Base pay starts at $75K and is adjusted based on experience, billable and work location.

Full and part-time availability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
