This BCBA position is for all areas in Maryland. Hybrid all other cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide supervision and mentoring for RBTs
  2. Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
  3. Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
  4. Collaborate with parents/caretakers
  5. Oversee clinical policies and procedures
  6. Collect and analyze clinical data and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
  1. BCBA certification is required
  2. LBA in Maryland is required
  3. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. Experience in quality assurance and supervision
Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay:

$80 - $100 per hour

Location:

Hybrid in all areas of Maryland including Laurel, Silver Spring, Glen Burnie, and more.
