Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs to join a collaborative team with flexible, home-based options and strong leadership support. Earn up to $110,000+ total compensation based on experience, with relocation assistance available and monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification, where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Compensation:

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
