Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation:

  • Full-time: $90,000-$110,000 annually

  • Part-time: $80-$105 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Supervise RBTs and provide parent training

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

  • Monitor and document client progress using data-driven methods

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards

  • Participate in Flywheel trainings and professional development opportunities.
