Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Arizona is a leading clinician-led team seeking a full-time BCBA to join our practice. Expect a base salary of $90K-$110K plus monthly bonuses, with a sign-on bonus up to $20K for qualified LBAs and a 3-week sabbatical program.

This hybrid role offers 1-2 WFH days, a manageable caseload with 25 billable hours, in-center locations across AZ and in-home services, along with growth, mentorship, CEUs, 401(k) matching, and strong clinical support.
