Job summary

The Treetop ABA, based in Arizona, is seeking a full-time BCBA to design and supervise ABA therapy with a hybrid schedule combining in-center and remote work. The role offers a strong base salary, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and a fully paid sabbatical after 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
• Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Up to 2 WFH days each week available.
