You will have the opportunity to create real change for children and their families by:
Providing client assessments
Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing performance, and making necessary adjustments
Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers
Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
Excellent clinical competence and judgment
Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in delivering 1:1 ABA services
Respect for cultural differences and the ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly
Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, and to address any identified deficits or weaknesses.
