Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services with a caseload of 7–10 clients, in a hybrid role across school, in-home (telehealth) and in-person supervision.

The position offers part-time hourly or full-time salary options, flexible schedules, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth, including path to leadership and development within Nebraska.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and BACB ethics knowledge.
  • 1+ years ABA experience preferred, school or home-based work is a plus.
  • Ability to lead caseloads and supervise RBTs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your own exclusive group of 7–10 clients with quality ABA therapy.
  • Provide school-based supervision in person and in-home supervision via telehealth.
  • Design individualized assessments and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to maximize outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurer requirements.
  • Grow the program by building relationships with schools and communities.

Compensation:

  • Part-Time (Hourly): $60–$80/hour
  • Full-Time (Salary): $80,000–$90,000/year

  • Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
  • School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
  • In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
  • Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs, not checklists.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You
  • Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
