Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a Licensed BCBA to lead high-quality behaviour analysis services for children with ASD. You will supervise staff, design individualized intervention plans, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure documentation and ethics compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD license is preferred for the Maryland practice.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
