Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Oklahoma City is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead ABA clinical programs within a clinician-led team. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized plans, and supervise RBTs while supporting families in clinics and at home. This hybrid role blends remote work with in-person client sessions, Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required).
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsibilities
