Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Hummelstown, PA, seeks a BCBA to lead ABA services for children with autism in our clinics. You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, assess progress, and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with Directors to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State Licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay).
• Work with children ages 2-18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
