Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a role that offers a truly flexible schedule and strong support from the ABA Clinical Leadership Team.

Full-time positions include a guaranteed weekly billable minimum of 26 hours, with a competitive starting salary and a $2,000 stay-on bonus. We provide extensive CEUs, supervision, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Two years of clinical experience with autism and related behavior challenges.
• Driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to high-speed internet.

Who You Are

• Have a master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
• Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
• Hold current LBA preferred
• Have a minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
• Have a valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A compassionate approach to care
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software
• Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Compensation

• Position Types: Full-Time and Fee-For Service (Part-time hours)
• Pay: $65,000 starting salary Full Time & $60.00 starting hourly rate for Fee-For Service
• Bi-weekly bonus for over productivity
