Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA in Spokane, WA to supervise, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver ABA services in clinic, home, and community settings.

The role offers professional autonomy to organize your workweek around client care and documentation, with admin support and opportunities for program growth within a nonprofit organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• WA Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and community providers.
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings.
