Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Part-Time Hourly role. The position offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with 10–20 billable hours per week, combining remote and in-person work.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year ABA experience and be committed to ethical, evidence-based practice. You will manage your own small caseload, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and educators to design and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 1 year ABA experience.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
  • Strong communication with teams and families; maintain ethical/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of clients (7–10) to ensure quality care.
  • Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to track progress and adjust plans.
  • Uphold highest ethical and compliance standards.
