Our focus at Growing Minds is on developing pivotal skills for our clients that will lead to learning through a variety of both structured and child-led activities. Qualifications:
  • BCBA Certification
  • Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit-wide behavioral programs
  • Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence and acceptable driving record
  • Have a clean background check
  • MD LBA (or willing to get it)
Requirements:
  • Willing to learn and competently and consistently use a PRT implementation model for programming across clients
  • Supervises behavioral technicians in client homes on a weekly basis per allocation provided by Executive Director
  • Designs own schedule based on child’s allocation and behavioral technician’s scheduled session time
  • Explains and models ABA tactics and instructional strategies to behavioral technicians and family members
  • Provides feedback and training to new behavioral technicians
  • Ensures implementation of changes discussed at team meetings
  • Disseminates reports to behavioral technicians, parents, and, when relevant, to other service providers by the due date
  • Co-facilitates monthly team meetings
  • Writes semi-annual progress reports for each client & reviews report with caregivers and staff
  • Submits draft of progress report to director by assigned due date
