What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide direct behavioral services and assessments to clients
  2. Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment programs tailored to client needs
  3. Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) in implementing treatment plans
  4. Offer training and support to primary caregivers to ensure continuity of care
  5. Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and in emergency situations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Master's degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  2. Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  3. Minimum of two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
  4. Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
  5. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of clients, caregivers, and professionals in both oral and written form

  2. Familiarity with various behavioral theories and methods
