Crown ABA in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. This hybrid role offers in-person and remote options to support families and RBTs in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy.

You will create individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work closely with families to promote client progress. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing professional growth, and a supportive culture that values your expertise.
