Crown ABA is growing and seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Assessment Specialist to join our close-knit team. The role focuses on conducting FBAs, initial and ongoing assessments, and developing treatment plans for a manageable caseload in Maryland.

We offer competitive pay of 85–105/hour based on experience, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment with mentorship and growth opportunities as we expand across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related assessments.
• Develops individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Develop BIPs and treatment goals for clients.
• Supervise and support RBTs and technicians in the field.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure progress and quality care.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
