Job summary

BlueSprig in Aurora, CO seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to lead a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs, oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation to ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children and families.

This role offers a total annual compensation of 103,000–128,000 USD, plus a monthly bonus up to 18,000 and a sign-on bonus up to 20,000, with relocation assistance. Hybrid work options and a strong professional development path are provided.

As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst CD, you’ll develop and lead a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors, influence the direction of the center, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored high quality ABA therapy.

• Annual Salary$103,000-$110,000
• Annual Individual Bonus$7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
