Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Denton, TX is seeking a BCBA to join our in-person team. You’ll supervise RBTs, co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers, and base decisions on our STEP Score and data-driven plans.

We offer a defined growth path, free in-house CEUs as a BACB ACE Provider, a $500 annual PD stipend, and a robust benefits package. Expect a 6–8 client caseload and 28 billable hours weekly.

One child, one plan, many minds.

BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers work the same cases, often co-treating, so a child's plan reflects the whole picture, not parallel services that never speak.

A real bridge to the classroom.

Our half-day Prep School supports children working toward a traditional classroom who still need 1:1 support. Your clinical work connects to a concrete next step in a child's life, inside a model most providers simply don't have.

Caseloads and supervision built for the actual work.

6–8 clients per BCBA. 16–20% supervision time, built into the week, not a target, the real structure. Scheduling, billing, and authorizations sit with the teams whose job that is, so your time goes where your expertise is.

What you'll do

• Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
• Run your own assessments and intakes. Your assessment, your plan, your client
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers

• FBAs and BIPs built around the child
• Skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains
• The Care Calculator and our outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards)
• Parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan

• BCBA certification, licensed in TX and in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
