Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA services across settings, including home-based and center-based programs. You will join a collaborative clinical team with mentorship, ongoing professional development, and strong support in scheduling, credentialing, and billing to let you focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• $85,000–$115,000+ total compensation potential, based on experience
• Achievable monthly bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
