Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking BCBA clinicians to join our team across multiple settings, including home-based, center-based, or hybrid schedules. We offer a supportive, mentorship-rich environment with reduced administrative burden and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• $85,000–$115,000+ total compensation package + $5000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance + Monthly Bonus Incentives!

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
