BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Brownsville, TX. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation up to $108,000

• Annual Salary$85,000 - $90,000
• Annual Individual Bonus$7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign On Bonus $5,000-$20,000(depending on start date and location)
