BlueSprig has a Senior BCBA job opening in The Woodlands, TX. As our Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation up to $113,000

• Annual Salary$92,000 - $95,000
• Annual Individual Bonus$7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign On Bonus $5,000-$20,000(depending on start date and location)

• Flexible hybrid work options Hybrid work model with the option to work remotely one day per week as center operations allow, plus 15 paid days off and 9 holidays annually.
