Job summary

Bright Start ABA in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, design BIPs, and supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals in our pediatric autism program. You will analyze data, adjust treatments, and partner with families to promote lasting progress.

This role offers an hourly rate of $85–$100, a $100 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, health insurance, and ongoing professional development within a mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with children in behavioral health or special education settings is a plus.
• CPR Certification (preferably Red Cross).
• Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments.
• Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success.
