As a Master Trainer, you'll be the expert in delivering Safety-Care training programs, preparing trainers within schools, healthcare settings, and human services organizations to teach evidence-based strategies for preventing, minimizing, and managing challenging behaviors. By training these professionals, you'll extend our impact, ensuring best practices in safety and de-escalation reach more educators, clinicians, and providers nationwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multi-day, in-person Safety-Care trainings for professionals in educational, residential, healthcare, and treatment settings
  • Engage and train audiences using a hands-on, interactive Train-the-Trainer approach
  • Travel extensively to client locations across the U.S.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing training questions and concerns
  • Support sales and marketing through product demos, webinars, and industry events
  • Refine and develop training materials to improve effectiveness
  • Maintain BCBA certification and stay updated on ABA advancements

Location & Travel

This role is primarily remote, with occasional trips to our North Attleboro, MA office for trainings and meetings. Candidates should reside in the Greater Boston Metro South area, including but not limited to: Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, Canton, Dighton, East Bridgewater, Easton, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Holbrook, Kingston, Norwell, Randolph, Rockland, Sharon, Stoughton, West Bridgewater, and Whitman. Due to travel demands, candidates should be within one hour of Logan Airport (BOS).

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • BCBA certification with 3-5+ years of experience in training, consulting, or working with challenging behaviors
  • Experience in autism, psychiatric, brain injury rehabilitation, or similar settings
  • Strong skills in handling high-intensity behavioral challenges, including physical management techniques
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30 weeks/year, including some weekends)
  • Ability to demonstrate behavioral safety techniques physically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools

Education & Certifications

  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Active BCBA certification or within six months of hire

Salary: $88,000 - $98,000 plus bonuses and annual COLA
