Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism, delivering treatment planning and supervision in home, daycare, and school settings across GA, NC, and AZ.

You will train and supervise RBTs, conduct parent training, and participate in team meetings to ensure continuity of care, while enjoying strong back-office support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Must live within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
