Thrive Autism Services seeks a BCBA to oversee clinical programs for 2–10 year olds with autism, balancing in-center supervision and remote telehealth work. You’ll develop, monitor, and adjust ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to implement strategies at home and in school.
The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, Arizona licensure eligibility, a Master’s in ABA/psychology, and telehealth experience. This full‑time hybrid role offers a $15k sign‑on with a $90k–$110k base.

About the Role
About the Role This position provides clinical oversight, ABA program development, treatment implementation, and supervision for children ages 2–10 with autism spectrum disorder. You'll split your week between in-center clinical work — direct client oversight, RBT supervision, assessments, and family training and remote days focused on program development, documentation, and telehealth consultations. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants strong clinical autonomy without giving up hands‑on connection with clients and teams.

Pay Range
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
