Job summary

Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led ABA therapy provider seeking a skilled BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team. Lead supervision of RBTs/BTs, develop individualized goals, and collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to deliver high-quality ABA services and meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

We offer monthly clinical case reviews, CEU funding, mentorship from experienced BCBA mentors, and opportunities to contribute to publications, with generous PTO and comprehensive

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & supervise: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA delivery.
  • Assess & plan: Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized goals.
  • Empower families: Lead caregiver trainings to build family capacity.
  • Coordinate care: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually

Your Role at Butterfly Effects

As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will
