Job summary

Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led organization in the United States, seeks BCBAs to join our interdisciplinary team in California. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a base salary reflective of regional market, and robust clinical development opportunities.

As a BCBA on our team, you will lead RBTs/BTs, develop customized treatment plans, and collaborate with professionals to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.

Your Role at Butterfly Effects

As a BCBA On Our Interdisciplinary Team, You Will
