Job summary

Step It Up ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, working with RBTs and families. You’ll collaborate with our Clinical Director to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Georgia ABA license required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and collaborate with RBTs to implement treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you are compassionate and enjoy working with children and adolescents, we would love for you to join us.

You will work with our handpicked RBTs to support children with autism by developing treatment plans implemented by the designated RBT. Our friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will support and guide you.

Work close to home! Supervision is a hybrid of in-person and telehealth, with flexible hours and a supportive team environment.

BCBA – Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

BCBA – Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active Georgia ABA license
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with ASD or other developmental disabilities
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home and community-based services
