Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. The role supports in-home, daycare, and school-based environments with remote or in-person supervision and parent training to promote consistent, evidence-based care.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams while adhering to HIPAA and BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must reside within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
