Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Delaware team. You will design and oversee behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide intervention plans for children and families.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary ($100,000–$120,000), relocation assistance up to $15K, and student-loan forgiveness up to $24K, plus a supportive, growth-oriented work culture.

What You\'ll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs

• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities

Requirements

• Education/Experience and Other Requirements
• Masters degree
• Active BCBA certification, required
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
• Valid driver\'s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
