ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide behavioral-analytic programs for children and families in New Castle, DE. The role emphasizes quality care, supervision, and collaborative work with RBTs and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.

• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.

• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
