Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in the Washington, DC area. You will design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs and supervise RBTs and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date where required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
