Job summary

CBPI LLC in Seattle area seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct support and consultation in public school settings. You will conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, supporting IEP teams with meaningful, measurable goals.

You will coach school staff on implementation and support strategies while collaborating with a team that values clinical excellence, creativity, and student-centered support. This role offers a manageable caseload and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
• Ability to navigate schools with empathy, professionalism, and humor.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This isn’t a "case overload and burnout" kind of role—our school-based caseloads are intentionally manageable, so you can focus on quality, not quantity.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Active BCBA certification (Required)
• Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working in school-based settings (Bonus points!)
• Ability to navigate schools with empathy, professionalism, and humor
