Job summary

EdenPath ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to join a Maryland-based practice designed to keep clinicians focused on kiddos, not calendars.

You’ll work remotely with 25% in-home, earn $95–$115 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, receive paid time off, holidays, sick leave, bereavement, CEU support, and a clear path into clinical supervision as we grow across Maryland.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Regular clinical oversight and check-ins with the Clinical Supervisors.
• A team that treats supervision as mentorship, not a compliance checkbox.
• Dedicated liaison support handles scheduling and day-to-day coordination—focus on kiddos, not calendars.
• Built-in QA systems and goal banks so you’re not rebuilding treatment plans from scratch every time.
• Growth opportunities into Clinical supervisors/Clinical director as we expand across Maryland.
