Job summary

Magnolia Behavior Therapy Clinic in Washington state is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with strong leadership to join our team. We welcome both experienced BCBAs and those new to clinical practice in a supportive environment.

You’ll work in-clinic across Snohomish, DuPont, Spokane, Kitsap, and Vancouver with flexible hours, competitive pay ($50–$70/hour), and a benefits package including health, PTO, CEU stipend, paid training, and onboarding support.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Work Location: In-Clinic (occasional home based support may be needed)
