Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a daily caseload at Trumbull Academy. The role involves developing, implementing and monitoring support systems including PBIS and Behavior Plans for individuals supported by Aspire.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a current BCBA certification. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, plus computer proficiency and a clean background check, are required.

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
• Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Computer skills
• Must have satisfactory background checks
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
