Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage an assigned caseload and advance behavioral support systems. You will develop, train, implement and monitor PBIS and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire, ensuring high quality interventions and ongoing staff coaching in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
• Current certification, in good standing, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Must have satisfactory background checks
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
