ABA Centers of Rhode Island is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing ABA team in Providence. The role supports clients with Applied Behavior Analysis services across homes, schools, and clinics, under BCBA supervision. Paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths are offered.
Starting BT pay is $21.25 per hour, with potential for growth; RBTs earn $23.50 per hour. Final compensation reflects experience, education, and training, with referral bonuses available for BCBAs
Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 7:00 PM; potential Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
