BSTN is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Tennessee. The role includes conducting assessments, developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans, and ensuring treatment integrity across cases. Telehealth options and flexible scheduling are available to support clinicians.
Excellent benefits, relocation assistance, and a strong support network are provided. Must be BCBA-certified with TN LBA license and pass a background check.
We know as a BCBA you have a variety of employment opportunities, but there are many reasons to choose BSTN. Founded in 2001, BSTN is BCBA owned and operated. We provide community-based services to adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including some of the most challenging cases in the state. All of our current BCBAs have each worked for BSTN for several years, so any new BCBAs will not only obtain invaluable professional experience, but extensive support and collaboration from experienced colleagues and mentors. BSTN utilizes technology to supplement the services we provide, along with making our team communication more efficient. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of the supported persons we serve through compassionate care, specific protection plans, and the science of ABA.
We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
