Job description

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about helping children and families, enjoys collaborating with a supportive clinical team, and is committed to providing high‑quality, individualized ABA services, to provide services in the Nashville, TN area.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
• Monitor client progress and make data‑driven treatment modifications.
• Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
• Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• TN LBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping children and supporting families.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence‑based care.
